Lance Warden - Senior Designer
Lance contributes his skill in architectural designing

Over 23 years of construction experience and has held
key positions including Superintendent, Project Manager
and Senior Project Manager throughout his 10 year tenure
at Davenport Brothers.

John Davenport- Senior Project
Manager, Select Projects Group
John joined Davenport Brothers in 1998 and quickly moved
into the roles of Project Manager and Estimating. John
received his Bachelors Degree in Business and Operations
Management from Eastern Michigan University. He is an
asset to clients contemplating interior renovations or
building additions. His in-depth knowledge of the entire
construction process is invaluable.
